Deputy Retail Manager – Business Development (Bangalore) would be responsible for making one to one presentations to individuals, corporate entities, Retail Electronic  providers, Accessories vendors and other institutions for the Get of the Anti Radiation Bulk Orders either individually or as a bundled service along with their product.

It requires the Candidate to study and understand the positive aspects of the product and be able to convince a prospective customer of its merits and translate it into a sale.

This is an independent position for the territory under consideration. The Candidate would be reporting to the Genaral  Manager – Sales and Marketing (India). Monitoring and Management of the position would be carried out remotely from the Head Office in Bangalore. The Candidate would be required to provide a sales plan along with the details of the parties proposed to be contacted for presentation on the 1^st of every month. Daily updates as per the specified format would then be sent at the end of the day for monitoring progress. One Daily scheduled Meeting in which updates would be provided to the Management would be fixed for guidance and business development.

Qualifications

It is imperative that the Candidate is proficient with internet surfing and has extensive contacts in the higher socio-economic categories to enable conversion of the excitement of the product into a cash sale.

The Candidate has to have basic knowledge of Radiation, Computer  and internet to enable the gauging of the practicality of usage of the Radiation product in a specific environment.

Educational qualification is not mandatory for this post.

The Package

The Candidate would be paid Rs. 20,000 per month Incentives targets as follows:

1. 10 bulk deals ( 1 bulk = 100 units)  = Incentives 10000/-

2. 15 Bulk deals =  Incentives 15000/-

3. 20 Bulk Deals =  Incentives 25000/-

Sales over and above these would entitle the Candidate with a commission of  (5 %) per Bulk  sold. Sales of 100 and more units in one transaction would be considered bulk sale

In case of a shortfall of sales in any one month, such shortfall would be carried forward to the next month upto three months. The remuneration paid out for the shortfall month would be proportionately adjusted for that month and paid out in the month in which the shortfall is made good.
