CANDIDATE WILL BE GIVEN ON THE job TRAINING ON REGULAR AND WEEK END /EVENING BATCHES AVAILABLE .

Candidate should have very good knowledge of recruitment.
* Good communication Skills.

Understanding the Client requirements and providing them with the most suitable candidate as per the requirement. Talent acquisition: To handle end to end recruitment & selection activities (Sourcing, screening, coordinating, organizing interviews) follow-ups handholding till joining etc.

Screening and Short-listing candidates by conducting first round of interviews based on Job Profile / Positions through Job Portals, Internal Database and referrals.

Need to Handle Volume requirements, Target based requirements and Bulk requirements.* should have good working knowledge of online portals,
*Assist in interviewing and selecting candidates

- Identifying strategies of sourcing & implementing the same to effective use.

• De-Briefing / Scheduling: Understanding the requirement at length & briefing the same to the prospective candidates & scheduling them accordingly.

• Maintenance of candidate database

• Conducting Telephoning, etc Interviews.
