InnerSight Counselling offers counselling services in Bangalore. InnerSight is guided by the philosophy that every individual has the innate ability to handle life's challenges on their own, but at times finding and recognizing this ability can become a challenge - especially in the face of stressful situations. The 'inner sight' remains elusive.

InnerSight is a space where you can journey safely; where you have the freedom of being yourself and go about finding the insights you’ve been looking for - at your own pace.

InnerSight's counsellors are trained facilitators who can walk with you and help you find the inner resources you already possess.

InnerSight works through direct appointments  with individuals, couples, children and families at our centres in Bangalore, and at corporate and other institutions such as healthcare centres and rehabilitation homes at specific times for members of these groups. InnerSight's counsellors work with people from diverse backgrounds in periods of emotional distress such as marital or relationship adjustments, coping with losses/ grief, dealing with abuse etc., and with those seeking to rediscover their potential and grow.
