Role
|
|
• Key Accounts Management, Retention and maintaining relationship with existing customer
|
|
• Responsible for selling complete media solutions to existing and potential clients in all vertical, i.e.,
Yellow Pages, Online, Voice, WAP etc
|
|
• Exploring business potential, opportunities and clientele to secure profitable business volumes
|
|
• Analyzing the market and initiating various schemes and tactical applications to gauge and engage the
clients to maximize the benefits
|
|
• Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market share
|
|
• Responsible for individual contribution
|
|
• Ensuring the satisfactory service delivery to the customer as per SLA.
|
|
• To achieve sales target in an allocated territory/category.
|
|
• To ensure quality calls are made as per the number of calls planned for the day.
|
|
• To make daily sales call to achieve sales and collection targets.
|
|
• To visit customers as per the fixed appointments and make a sales based on the agreed sales pitch.
|
|
• Market data collection and analysis to arrive at a better sales pitch.
|
|
• Ensure that documents on the sales is administered well with zero error.
|
|
• To convert all fixed appointments into sales closure and to develop the pipeline for future sale closure.
|
|
• Ensure customer delight in clients place through service orientation.
|
|
Key Skills
|
|
• Good sales experience in direct sales. Result oriented person & perseverance skills. Experience preferably from IT, Media, Telecom, Hot deals, FMCG, BFSI, Service Industries-Hloidays, hotels, resorts, aviation, etc.
|
|
• Energetic, Go getter, Self motivated person.
|
|
• Good communication
|
|
• Good interpersonal skills.
|
|
• Target orientation.
|

|
|
