Develops relationships with existing and potential customers to market Dell’s managed services and Close to box services.
Analyzes existing and anticipated customer requirements and promotes consideration of Dell’s services to meet such requirements.
Facilitates the overall solution ensuring alignment of the customer’s requirements to final value proposition. Works closely with sales and delivery teams to assist in opportunity qualification, development closure and transition of these solutions to delivery
• Responsible for selling defined services offerings from Dell.
• Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns to drive the sales of Dell’s managed services and Tied services.
• Will own a set of accounts/ territory and drive services revenue in those.
• Engaging & managing the relationships at the highest level in the account
• Acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet their objectives.
• Identifies customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate services and solutions.
• Remains up-to-date on new services offerings.
• Assists in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team.
• Promotes and positions key strategic service offerings.
