DESIGNATION: TRAINING MANAGER
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Trainer (sales, leadership, etc) and not just a coordinator.
1. Min 3- 5 yrs “core” experience in delivering & handling the Training and Development needs of an organization individually within the organization and with the help of external agencies where required.
2. Ability to assess the training & development needs, design training courses / programs (self & by external agencies)
3. Identify, select & manage external training agencies.
4. Ability to organize and manage training programs successfully and frequently.
5. Knows proven methods on measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
6. Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to create a positive & vibrant organizational culture.
8. Exposure to organizational development, Competency Mapping.
9. Planned & delivered training courses.
10. Proficient in MS office. Know how to prepare MIS Reports on training & development plans.
* - Willingness to work in US Shift
* - Training related to Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Soft Skills, etc
1. Plan & deliver trainings personally (where planned & necessary)
2. Forecast, Plan training budgets.
3. Assess training needs for individuals & organization – in consultation with department heads
4. Design training courses / programs (by self & by external agencies) – necessary to meet training needs of individual(s) in-line with organizational objectives
5. Identify, select & manage external training agencies
6. Organize training programs / courses, invite attendees within the organization, Monitor & continuously improve upon the effectiveness of training.
7. Monitor measure & report on training & development plans / programs.
8. Always keep employees equipped with the skills required to do the job.
