4 years in software development with relevant academic qualifications

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of Java/J2EE Development experience
• Enterprise Java Development experience
• Excellent core java knowledge
• Project management and Technical Lead skills  required.
• Ability to use a variety of  tools is required from the following: Eclipse, SVN, Ant, Tomcat, Apache Web Server and Maven
• Proficiency building web applications using, Java EE, Web services, Java Servlets, JSP,  Spring MVC, JSTL, Junit, JavaScript, Hibernate or any ORM tools
• Knowledge on application server like Jboss, Weblogic etc
• Experience with Oracle databases or other relational databases required.
• Excellent knowledge of systems analysis, specification techniques, and implementation strategies as well as a solid knowledge of programming techniques is required.
• Should be strong in communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in Adobe Flex
• Experience in Product Development
• Knowledge on Retail Domain
