Ensure employee engagement activities are carried out throughout the assigned span in a planned manner.
Ensure socialization of new employees in the assigned span with the objective of reducing attrition in the first few weeks of joining.
Ensure all employee salary related inputs are provided for the remuneration process correctly for the assigned span.
Ensure a process of grievance resolution in the assigned span.
Lead team members in achieving their defined performance parameters.
Percentage of Joiners on Rolls of the Company post 8 weeks of joining in the assigned span
Percentage attrition of Agents per month per campaign in the assigned span
Adherence to employee engagement activity schedule
Correct salary inputs to remuneration process
Minimum 2 years experience in handling Employee Engagement/ Employee Relations, Grievance Resolution in the BPO space (voice based) with employee base of 400-500 employees
Should have proven expertise in people systems.
Working Knowledge of Labour Laws
Fully operational understanding of various employee engagement initiatives
Fully operational understanding of various HR processes within the Organization
Fully operational understanding of operational workings/business
