• Installations, Removal and Troubleshooting of Hardware systems
• Installations, Configurations and Troubleshooting of Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Windows 2003 Server
• Installations, Configurations and Troubleshooting of Network Systems as per requirements
• Managing and Operation of Servers and Network Systems
• Reporting System failures or problems to the internal technical team
• Responding to the technical team queries
• Asset Inventory management
• Vendor Assistance
• Basic Knowledge on RAID concept
• Basic Knowledge on Windows 7
• Knowledge on Active directory,DNS and DHCP.
